Traditional Howe Homemade Stuffing Recipe:
1 Loaf of Bread (white)
1/4 stick of Butter
4-5 stalks of Celery
1 medium onion diced fine
1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chick Broth
Cut the loaf of bread into into pieces and place in a bowl. Dice the Celery and onion and saute with the butter until soft. Add the mixture to the bread. Add the seasoning and chicken broth if needed to make it more moist.
Cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour
