Ingredients:
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
3 TBsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 TBsp Worcestershire sauce
1 TBsp Ancho chili power (mild chili power)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Combine ingredients, microwave for 30 seconds, and stir.
Then add juice from 1 Lime and stir.
Score the steak with 1/4 inch deep cuts, about an inch apart, across the grain.
Lightly score diagonally in a checkerboard pattern.
Recommend 12 to 48 hours marinade in the fridge.
Use a gallon ziplock freezer bag placed on a bowl.
Flip the bag every 8 - 12 hours to generously coat the steak.
The excess marinade can be served with the steak after bringing it to a boil, then simmer for several minutes.
