1. Box of Penne Pasta
2. 1 pound Ricotta
3. 1 bag of Mozzarella
4. 1 Jar of your favorite Sauce
5. Spices - Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Oregano (1 tsp each)
6. 1 Egg
Cook the pasta to al dente (9 minutes or so)
In a separate bowl combine Ricotta, 1 Egg, 1/2 of the bag of mozzarella, spices and mix.
Strain hot pasta and add to Ricotta mixture. Mix. Add about a cup of the sauce to the mixture, stir.
Coat the bottom of your 9x13 with some sauce to make a nice layer. Add the Pasta/Ricotta mixture. Use the remaining sauce to coat the top of the pasta mixture. Add remaining mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes at 350.
