2 Avacodaoes
1/2 Lime
1/4 to 1/2 med sized Red Onion
1-2 small to medium tomaotoes (plum if available)
1 jalepeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
or 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Cut the avacadoes in 1/2 adn scoop out the insides into a large mixing bowl
Squeeze in the 1/2 lime
Whip the avacadoes and lime until there are no chunks left
Chop the onion into tiny pieces
Cut the tomatoes in 1/2 and seed, Dice and add to the Avacado mixture
Deseed and chop the Jalepeno, add it into the mixture
Add salt, garlic, stir
Serve preferablly with a cold beer or a strong drink
